Pilgrim is a State of the Art Outpatient Surgical Center licensed by the State of New Jersey. It is one of the oldest centers in New Jersey originating in 1973.

In 1989, Pilgrim was purchased by our present Medical Director, one of our Board Certified/Eligible Gynecologists, who developed it into his private practice. Our Board Certified/Eligible Gynecologist maintains a full gynecological practice from Pilgrim and specializes in terminations of pregnancy through 20 weeks.

We are located in Montclair, New Jersey, in a beautiful upper-middle class area. Montclair is accessible by most public transportation. The town of Montclair maintains parking which is located behind most businesses on Bloomfield Avenue. Parking is metered and each meter allows up to two hours of parking.

At Pilgrim, we maintain a highly specialized and caring staff. From our Board Certified/Eligible Gynecologists and Anesthesiologist to our receptionists who are all licensed medical assistants, we supply every patient with personal care and consideration.

As a State Licensed facility, Pilgrim must adhere to strict rules and regulations set forth by the state of New Jersey and the Department of Health and Human Services. Our surgical suite and recovery area are both managed by Registered Nurses. These Nurses are present at all times and tend to every need of every patient.
